Good News!!!!!!

Jesse Smith will make his debut against the Tigers according to www.afl.com.au

I'm glad they're are giving him a go to see what he can do.....but more importantly I hope they give him game time rather than bench time.....nothing to lose Denis...just have faith in the kids.

Hopefully Hartlett & Bower make their debut in the last 2 games....just so they get an understanding of what is required of them to play at AFL level....the speed of the game, and skills required etc etc

Unfortunately after I visited the AFL's website I went to Carlton's site - and the news wasn't on there.....perhaps Coutts should look at his business card....I'm sure it says Communications Manager.....perhaps they can communicate news of a players debut of OUR OWN freakin website.....

Great news. :-D

Good luck to the young bloke, sure his family and sponsors will be proud this week. Putting on the mighty CFC monogram, what a feeling that would be.

Tear the Tigers a new one Jesse!

He trained really well today, looked like he didn't miss a beat, I think he may already know he is playing?

Good Work Smith!!

Always good to see a new guy get a game particularly from the rookie list.I must admit would have preferred Jackson but good luck to Smith.I just hope he gets 65 or more minutes in the guts.No point playing him on the pine for over half the game.
It means that Russelll will be the one who goes back.Has or can JR play in the Bullants finals?

I smell a new wallpaper coming up, hopefully he gets in the action and there are some good shots of him to use, maybe a goal celebration

Good to see he's got his chance. Had it not been for his injury in the preseason, I think we would've seen him a lot earlier.

Hopefully he can gain some real confidence from the match.

Looking forward to watching him go through his paces, give him game time Pagan...

According to this:
http://bullants.footballvic.com.au/_con ... 3-src.html (thanks budzy)

He is already eligible for Bullants finals.

Definately the best news for quite some time. We (Mrs squarehead, myself and of course Susie) are mighty proud that you are finally given the chance to show your ware. You won't let us down.
