For the first time in a long time, we're getting some FTA coverage.

I'd like to extend an invitation to Sydney TCers, and any out-of-staters who are in Sydney next Saturday to come over to my place to watch the match.

Please PM me with RSVPs, and include your mobile or phone number, and an email address so I can send details to you.

Camel, can we make this a sticky until next week?

<edit BC - turned into sticky>

Sounds great Kouta, except that I will be playing footy against Sydney Uni at the Uni at 2pm. There will be blood split if anyone tells me the result after the game though. I will be racing home to drink beer and abuse the tele as soon as we finish.

Here's a bit more of a teaser: the TV we'll be watching it on is a 60" (152cm) LCD Monitor hooked up with HD Set top box.

I think the only people getting a more life-like view will be Deano and mrs Supremo

It's gunna be a huge weekend - Mrs S and I are driving down Thursday night/Friday morning, staying at the Hilton on the park opposite the 'G (expensive, but we're treating ourselves).

Off to the 'G Friday night to watch the Cats and the Dees (and hopefully Nathan Ablett's explosive debut), then The good guys V the filth on Saturday, then off to the Collo Dome to watch the Doggies belt a hapless Richmond (and to spend the whole game giving it to one Miss Nathan Brown).

Drive home Monday, back to work Tuesday.

Can't wait! Bring on the Rivalry Round!

Thats a lot of footy Deano, nice to see you're going to make the most of it.

Best I ever did was 4 games in 7 days during the Centenery Round in 96

Carlton Vs Bulldogs MCG Sunday
Geelong Vs Essendon* MCG Wednesday (4hrs driving there and back)
Collingwood Vs St Kilda MCG Friday
Carlton Vs Fitzroy Saturday OO

Was a little over it by then, tried to do I think Melbourne Vs Sydney Sunday but couldn't face it.

Would love to be there, but I'm not sure how I'll be.

My mother was always worried about my obsession with football, but I'm sure I will join you at some stage this season.

I have to spend time with my father and our relatives.

Go Blues!

I need to know who is coming over for the match so I can send out final invites, address, map showing how to get here, etc. If you would like to come over Sat arvo to watch us obliterate the Pies, please let me know by tomorrow (Thu) afternoon.

See you then....

Thought I wasnt going to see the game until late but the coaches at footy helped. Last Chance, Sydney people!

I need an IM with your email address and/or phone number by 7pm Thursday 7/4 to tell me you want to come along.

The more the merrier, and I hope this is the first of many times we can meet up here.
