I heard him this morning on SEN. Wow, What a mind.
I love the way he applies classic philosophy to footy.

He suggested to let Wright in, don't change anything, to look, listen and the learn, then work out where the problem of culture is. Its not just what players say, but what they aRE NOT SAYING.
Worth a listen, and I will find it to listen to again tonight...not just for Carlton, but it was deep, and balanced
Get him to the club. Always a really smart footballer, sounds like he sees the wood for the trees. Body stopped him reaching his ceiling so he'll have a lot in common with the players
