So the 'G' is outdoor? So 500?
Etihad needs roof open?
Sooooo confused!!

Etihad has to have the roof open, but how many people In change rooms? Less than 100?

Football team and support staff are at least 50 people per team.

So on that basis alone there is your 100 people at the MCG tomorrow night - not including broadcast staff and the minimum required of MCC staff just to open the minimum number of doors/gate, and to make sure the lights stay on etc and security.

10.40am and these idiots at the AFL have made no announcement one day out of the game. Just tell us what is obvious, it will be postponed. Works for us with our injuries.

Technically you could easily manage less than 100 in enclosed space at G.
Less than 100 in each change room and broadcast box etc. The rest is outside.
Roof off at etihad....or PP or wherever...same deal
Less than 100 gathering together.

I couldn’t really care. The season will get canned, and heavily compromised.

I've actually lost interest in the footy. Whatever happens tomorrow night, the season will be halted at some stage.

Yeah I’ve lost interest. Unless we win. Then I’ll be interested again.

Four games per night, a different opponent each quarter!

Saw this on the Fox Sports article

"1 1.30AM — PLAYERS PREPARING TO PLAY

Tom Morris reports ...

Richmond players have been told the 2020 AFL season will begin on Thursday night.

However the Blues have yet to be told if they are playing, creating more uncertainty around Thursday night’s season opener."

Maybe Richmond is playing by themselves...haha.

Presume the shorter quarters would be for the shorter turnarounds (5 days) between games. Intent is to cram as much games in as possible. Rightly or wrongly.
