Congratulations to Andrew Walker who brings up his 100th game for Carlton this week.

Absolutely !! Seeing one of his main motivations was for his son to Qualify for Father / Son for the Blues.
Congrats Andrew.

Onya Walks.

One of my personal favourites, this kid puts in every game, and deserves his name on a locker.

It's been a long time coming. Great to see him finally get 100 games.

Congratulations Andrew, it has been a long time coming. Cooney played his 150th against us so it just goes to show how many games he has missed through injury.
Hope he has a great game and the team has a win. Pity it isnt in Melbourne.

A little while away, but Murphy's 100th is coming up soon too:

Interesting the impact on injuries here; Murphy debuted in 2006 yet Walker was 2004.

Murphy's 100th in 2 weeks time.

As an aside Scotland has now equalled Houlihan's 195 games as the most AFL games played by a player on the Carlton list (53/142 in terms of Collingwood / Carlton split). Judd is one behind them on 194.

Congratulations Murph! Great record - missed a few in his first year after being slung in the tackle, and one this year.

100 games - great effort.

This is the game where Murph can really shine.

Whoa and did he shine or what....

In any case, not many milestones left this year, except for say Waite's first final and 150 goals. If we make it a bit further, Scotland's 200th AFL game is on the horizon....

We made a big deal of Thornton's first - and only - final for the Blues last year, being the most games played by a Carlton player before playing in a final at 149 games.

Second on the list is Jarrad Waite, who missed last years' final with injury:

http://www.blueseum.org/tiki-read_artic ... icleId=114

Waite will play his first final in game 131, narrowly beating Wiggins, Walton and Simpson (among others).

We'd like to congratulate Eddie Betts for winning our leading goal scorer award, just beating Jeff Garlett at the end:

Eddie is our first non-Fevola to win the award since 2002. Can anyone remember who won the award in that year?

2002 is a real toughie, I remember Lance was out for a major part of the season so it probably wasn't him. Could it have been McKernan?

It was McKernan. He also won the best and fairest that year too.

Humorous answer (in a dorky, history nerd sort of way) would be Thornton, Bower, White and Fisher who each kicked goals without recording a minor.

Appropriate answer, say cutting off minimum shots on goal of 10, would be:

Houlihan - 79% (15.4)
Robinson - 78% (14.4)
Waite - 72% (36.14)
Henderson - 69% (25.11)

Garlett at 65% is also pretty good.
