Is it time to get on the phone to Adam Simpson and get him on board

What is becoming a trend with premiership winners is they have a senior coach and an ex senior coach on the panel
Fagan last year brought in Stuart Dew
Swans brought in Leon Cameron
Collingwood when they won had Bolton and Leppitsch
Richmond had Leppitsch
Dees when they won had Choco Williams and Roos still hanging around

Do we need that 2nd Senior coach who has the experience to work with Voss

I'm a hard yes for this. Reckon Simpson would be pretty good, also think Roos would be good as well.

Simpson would be great.

Not Roos. He's got his so many things going on in his life, he would struggle to give the time needed ... imo

Longmire! yes!

Simpson - yeah, ok - depends how he would get along with Hansen.
But yep - would add something.

Yeah nah. Something went sideways in that joint, but it wasn’t his ability to coach.

List management didn’t help.
