I would definitely get Young off before Williams. Aside from his lack of agility, he isn't confident kicking the ball (always looks to hand off), which reduces our options coming out of defence. Man, we miss Saad and Gov terribly. But Williams is a decent kick and can give us run out of defence, far more important than Young to getting our turnover game gong again.
