Who was it? I need to see the replay of that chaos at the end.

Well done Cotters for slotting the goal. He'd done it for us against Sydney during covid & he delivered again.

Overall we played not great & still won. Which is what good sides do!

I haven't seen any of the game yet, was out and only checked scores.
All I am reading on social media is the umpires gifted us the game, then I saw Freo got 6 goals from frees so it can't have been all our way.
When I watch the replay should I just watch the last 10 minutes or watch the whole game?

Clearly wasn’t our day. So much going against us, much of it self inflicted.

This time we were dead. Done. Finished……nek minnit.

Obviously thrilled to win. Especially against that mob and the anti football they play. But we have plenty to work on. Plenty.

Dirtiest 4 points to take but take them we will and move on. 4 and 0.

We got caught HTB at least 4 times, they were there.
Watch the last 10 minutes cos the rest of the game was a struggle.

I didn't even really enjoy the ending because I was raging at our year-old, 8000 dollar front door not being lockable after last night's downpour. Had it on the radio but I was fuming. Ah well. That's what replays are for. Carn baggers!

We really need to sort out our forward line, just not getting enough looks for our smalls when it hits the deck. Although fair play Freo, they defended pretty well today.

Great opportunity to get into some form against a weak opponent next week.

I watched today and at no point thought we would lose.

It's changing.

First half - worst of Charles.

Second half - the best of Charles.

Yeah yeah we stole it but seriously the carry on like the game was THAT one sided....Freo never led by more than 10 pts all day and parked the bus...it's not like they should have flogged us.

Incredible spirit but geez we have some deficiencies that need fixing.

Yep, and I'd rather we fix those deficiencies in Rd 5. Good stuff.

I've watched the "touched" kick a bunch of times and maybe, just maybe it comes off the Freo blokes shoulder or ear... But maybe it doesn't.

I wasn't confident.

But, my husband kept saying "we're gonna win it and it's gonna be something like the Newnes game"....

Finding ways to win when it is a struggle, the pressure is immense, and nothing is fluid. It was just a gut running, hard faught grind.

Some woeful skills, particularly overhead marking. Woeful decision making and overuse many, many times. Often fumbly and messy.

But the lads kept working and fighting it out until the end and luck turned our way.

Good teams become resilient and hang tough. Good teams keep at it to the last bounce. The Blues are buying into that 'never say die' mindset. "Forget the last contest, win the next and give yourself a chance".

Tough viewing at times but at 4 zip, and doing the hard yards, in 3 out 4 has to be seen as progress.

Just my 2 cents.

Regards Cazzesman

100% that ball was touched.

And if it had gone against us I'd be filthy.

But it didn't. So flower them all.
