Haha nah Jasmina directly asked Terry if we are a lock & he said yes...but quite sheepishly.

Is there something wrong with my Spotify or have none of the usual suspects released a preliminary final episode yet? Waiting on the Prendercast, but I'll take a Blue Abroad or a Navy Blue Corner if that's what's on offer.

Navy Blue Corner and The Almost Blues Brothers are up. All the Blue Abroad stuff is on YouTube, but haven’t uploaded to Spotify. The Monday Blues have also recorded by they are YouTube only as is Heath Buck.
BluesFooty was late last week, so could just be a time issue as they go all the way through the offseason. Sean is trying to get the other 2 guys sorted before recording The Prendercast.

Prendercast is awesome, love the movie references and different segments they run.

Usually takes me 3 nights to get through it.

Pommie is great with the Stats, great analysis.

Does anyone know what happened to the Blues Footy Podcast, hosted by Harrison Hymans and Jedd Zetzer?
Their last one was after the Melbourne Semi-Final in 2023.

Was thinking the same thing, just vanished on us.

Have recently discovered blue pod, can't recall the names of the two that do it but both are very professional and the sound is excellent.

Two passionate blues on the other hand has awful sound, so bad now that I can't listen anymore.

Yeah they were great, I have been looking for them too. They were both generally pretty active on Twitter so could be worth asking them directly on there.

Each to their own and there’s a lot of choice. The 3 I listen to are:

The Prendercast
Almost Blues Brothers
Untitled Carlton Pod

All very passionate Carlton people and a range of perspectives.

If anyone from The Jumper Punch is on this forum - maybe tone down the aggression and red pilled discussions in your shows.

You complain one second about how the AFL is being too woke and too much virtue signalling and "should stick to footy", then proceed to talk for 30 minutes about surveillance cameras, digital currency, whataboutism in regards to domestic violence and wanting to punch on with Collingwood fans in the Legends Lounge the other night.

Pull your heads in and take your own advice and stick to footy talk.

Yeah, Aussie Rules clubs don't tend to be politically factional like in European football, let's keep it that way. I like it when the Prendercast goes off on non footballing tangents, but Sean has the good sense to not let it run too far into political territory... Fab seems like he could go on a right wing rant if you let him and Sean seems a little that way inclined himself but realises it would alienate listeners and spoil the mood if overdone. Throw in a quip or two, then steer back into 80s action movie references, then footy. Always footy.

I just looked up Jumper Punch on Spotify but it's all old stuff. Based on your review, I'm not going to make a great effort to find them. I did try (Almost) Blues Brothers last week, listened to half the Geelong episode and it wasn't bad. Going to try the Collingwood episode tomorrow if time permits.

They have a Youtube channel and are aligned with Blue Abroad - I believe they started off with them and spun off into their own content creator channel. Terry still pops up every now and then on their shows.

I actually like a lot of their stuff, they have more of an old school "in the outer" approach with lots of banter and aren't afraid to call out players who aren't performing. They also have a regular segment on Sundays with David Rhys Jones in to analyse the Blues games which is great.

But the last couple of their episodes, this shit is creeping in and one of them in particular is an aggressive, angry man who acts like a complete tool at Carlton games, to the point where other Carlton fans are extremely uncomfortable and have had to confront him in the past about his behavior.

Mods if I'm crossing any line here feel free to edit/delete this post, but I feel that whilst there is no official affiliation with the club, these content creators need to realise that they are a broader reflection of the club and other fans and could indirectly damage the Carlton brand if they rub people up the wrong way and start heading down the RW rabbit hole.
