If the player ultimately refuses then they no longer meet the conditions of their employment, so they should be stood down and Carlton allowed to add a replacement.

Also part 2, given the rumours of the player's identity, maybe the individual feels more comfortable with Ivermectin.

It only took you 6 minutes

What happens if his contract is terminated?
Are we given the chance to pick up another player somehow?

A very difficult situation. Liam seems very different to the stereotypical AFL player and this appears to be another case of that. But I'm not critical of him. Just sad that he may lose a job he seems to love and has become very good at.

Can't we just send him a forged Vaccination Certificate?

It was a joke about his nickname on his player thread.
I thought it was clever :(

I think as supporters we're entitled to be angry and disappointed about this.

His team mates even moreso

Yep.

I'm bloody annoyed at any anti vaxer TBH.

I hope Liam realises the earth is not flat, and changes his mind before cut off date.

If not, NEXT

Having just gone through this at work with 2 staff members refusing to get the jab who have now been terminated, I'm really struggling to get my head around it. It's a mixture of annoyance and disappointment I think more than anger. Just an awful situation. I really struggle to put myself in their shoes in this case because I simply don't understand their reasoning. I really hope that Liam changes his mind but if he hasn't done it by now, chances are he is set in his mind and will stand by his conviction. Shithouse way to end a career
