Teague always says players have to deserve their spot in the team, but admitted Murphy was not even capable of playing an entire match today.

It's obvious they want him to reach 300, whether he's fit enough or not, let alone helpful enough to the team's cause.

So Murphy will stay in.

Anyway, when out finals contention, what is best for the Club?

Blooding youngsters?

Like we are scared of Cunnington and Ziebell we are scared of Marshall and Ryder

They always kill us
No chance limping to the line bereft of any plan and ticker a very disappointing and dispiriting season for supporters who deserve better than the present crap they are dishing up

You'd think they would learn from the adulaide sub debacle. Perhaps not.

It stinks, the players know it stinks, and I reckon it pisses the group off big time.

Teague legacy will be forever linked to his failure to make tough decisions and how he gifted Murphy games to 300

How many times did he get caught Today ?? I counted 3 and geez he hated it

But who cares anymore , Murphy 300 is like another wooden spoon anyways , and he won’t ever be rated as a great , other than the Murphymites

In : who cares anymore

Out : Teague , Murphy ,mr elite fisher (hopefully we can sucker someone to trade for him ) and sps (horrible)

OUT:

Williams (hamstring)
Betts (ankle)

IN:

McKays toe doesn't sound promising. I hope its not turf toe.

Is Kemp strong enough to stand up?
Is Honey fit enough to play AFL?
Have a chance to see OBrien, get a look for a couple weeks?
How did Charlie go in the praccy game?
If the above aren't playing, what about Ramsay? He can run and get the ball.

FWIT I think Plowman is a HBF and started playing wing at GWS.
He's played out of position playing against talls, but he's the best 3rd tall

So he stays and plays in a position he's not suited to.
With all the injuries we've got, its going to happen.

I didn't like Williamson in the backline, and we will miss Williams.
So, we need those 2 spots filled for a start.

Really robbed Kennedy from the midfield to spend more time as a forward.

He is a good forward.

I liked last weeks main midfield group Kennedy, Walsh, Dow.

Crippa will start Centre no doubt. He has to play a hard contested game and win contested ball.
Then give it off quickly to Dow or Walsh.

Against NM they won CC 22-9

DeKoning vs Marshall and Ryder. Poor bastard. Can bet the young skinny fella wont stop trying.

He's had to face OBrien, Darcy, Blicav, Grundy, Goldstein and this week 2 big boys.

Cripps has to ruck too. Jack will be eaten alive by Ryder.

Cripps is not a protected species. He is bigger and stronger than Jsos.

If he's playing injured, he shouldn't be playing.

Wake up and stop the excuses.
Cripps job is as the bull doing the tough stuff. He lacks finnesse. Has no left foot.
he made his reputation for clearances. Use to get 20 a game. hard ball gets, not soft ball gets.

Conditional commitment is an issue with our leaders. I don't want conditional players.
I want tough players like Cunington was towards Cripps when they contested.
Cunington brushed Cripps aside with what seemed to me with ease. My eyes popped.
Happened last week in a marking contest against Pies, Cripps against a smaller player.

Swans captain Kennedy has played 270 games over 13 years and he's still truckin'.
Plays the hardest role in the team doing the heavy lifting. When its his turn to ruck, he does it.
Swans haven't protected him. He, like the rest of the Swans are prepared to play a physical collission game week in week out.

No wonder we are soft as candy. It starts from the top. He's a captain and he has to lead the charge when its his turn.
Harden the @#$%&! up.

We all talk about Cripps being a hard contested ball winner at the bottom of the packs, and he should play to his strengths and get the ball out to our other mids. Yet every game at centre clearances Cripps ends up on the ground while all the opposition mids keep their feet, when he does get the ball out it goes direct to the opposition and they run it away as Cripps has made it a 2 vs 3 mismatch because he’s still lying on the ground.

Forget how he played 3-4 years ago, right now he can’t win the inside ball, he’s too slow for the outside ball, he’s too slow to run defensively, and he has no forward craft so we can’t hide him in the fwd line either.

The only position I think he could add any value is as second ruck, but then where do we hide him when’s he’s not playing ruck?
