Interesting to note that the Pies are sounding out Brad Lloyd for their footy dept. Perhaps he's told them that Lyon is on his way to Carlton. Don't think things were sweet at Freo between them.

Well doesn't their situation sound a lot like ours at the moment.
In this interview he has either told the board his expectations and what needs to be done first or he has sent a message that he won't be coming because we are not capable of doing what needs to be done.
The board should put their money and their egos aside and do whatever is required to get him, even if it means resigning for the betterment of the club they supposedly love and support.
If we miss out on Clarkson the board has failed and failed miserably (more so than appointing two rookie coaches back to back and expecting miracles).
He clearly is the right person to instil all the right values and morals to develop the players as well as build the culture we have all felt is missing.
We need unity and that's what he'll bring if he puts his hand up. And that will be the first step to #17.
