Won't matter. Unless the playing culture improves then we just kill another coach. Only the players can sort that. Leadership and real peer pressure to perform is needed.

For now I just stuck with Teague. No other poor sucker deserves what we dish up.

If Teague is removed then Justin Leppitsch.

Why? Knows what winning flags is all about as player, assistant coach and has been a senior coach.

He has some vigour in him and I think he would set the bar very, very high.

Umm simon leathlean says hi and he is still in the afl system
Wayne Carey is a abuser and still In the system

Ross Lyon will be fine ,,, just get him to coach and no invitations to Christmas parties

Lyon. He would sort discipline, structure and standards. When he was at stkilda and they had a strong forward line they were very attacking. He was defensive at freo when they didn’t have a decent forward line.

His senior coaching record was abominable.

On a similar note I have gone with Voss. Originally a Victorian, his playing record speaks for itself, learnt about senior coaching the hard way with his old team and has continued learning with Port as an assistant and maybe was an assistant at the eagles?

Anybody picked must have prior experience and discipline based on Bolton and Teague.
