What I did find out is that ALL Stakeholders need to be on the same page for it to happen, and Carlton people are more willing than Dees Stakeholders.

Find the right song and the Carlton Cheer squad is eager from what Ive learned...in fact some Dees people say the Carlton cheeer squad are great sports.

The Dees cheer squad want to be in control of everything Dees.

Come up with the right song, and it will be big as we move up the ladder.
