I'll be letting my kids pick their own team. I refuse to do this to them.

Cripps played one of his better games
I thought we really tried hard, unfortunately not good enough

Dislikes
Lost at selection table, give or take Murphy I'm not bothered. But Martin wasn't ready (I wanted him to play), Casboult didn't offer anything (again) and Gibbons and Cottrell should be dropped.

Harry's wasted opportunities early cost is dearly

That ground won't cope with multiple games each week. It looked sub standard to me

Cameron Ling

Sydney's treatment of Cripps

Our field kicking is sub standard.

Pro: didn't give up 5 in a row.

Con: 3 times gave up 4 goal runs

What time this week do we roll out the pictures of charlie with his rig out "just a few weeks away" says the blues recruit of the decade Andrew Russell.

We just don’t have it. Simple as that. 4-7. Can beat the dud sides, cannot beat anyone good.
Can someone explain the plan with Levi? I thought maybe he would play back on McLean so Weiters takes Buddy and Jones plays on Heeney who has smashed us for years. Levi goes back but no one goes to Heeney. Weiters our best defender players free. Heeney gets to play on Saad Stocker and Doc throughout the day and unsurprisingly he smashes us again. Then in the third quarter we throw the baby out with the bath water and send Levi forward giving us a forward line of H Levi TDK and JSOS. Then we wonder why we have no representation at ground level. That is on the coaching group

We went into the game with four big guys....

Harry missed a few, but he's Harry.

De Konig actually looked ok when he went in the middle. But overall he was poor, but is young.

Not sure at all what Casboult and Pittonet offer. The latter doesn't hit the ball to advantage, is useless when the ball hits the deck and more importantly can't take a mark to save himself.

So @#$%&! frustrating.

Surely getting called out to 'meet up like a man' in the GameDay thread was a highlight for you?

Sydney wanted it more.
Clubs reputations was on the line to win the game in terms of finals credentials.
We went too tall and got surgically dismembered by superior skillset
Too many players dont concentrate and crack in enough.

Not happy Jan - Collingwood and this.

Two very bad losses prior to half way to the season makes my guts sick.

Given Russell never experienced this before arriving at Carlton, is he now doing something different, or are our players just not fit or committed enough?

He's not helped by the gameplan and he's not helped by ridiculous selections

He does seem like a dud though, especially on the soft tissue/stress fracture type injury front
