Season starts here played all the top four type teams in quick succession that makes W-L worse than it should be. If we are going to play finals then hopefully we have learnt lessons against the top teams and get a roll on rest of season. I fully expect this team to be 7 wins 6 losses before the bye. They are more than good enough with small tweaks to game plan. Time to get moving is now Blues. |

We've beaten them 3 times since 2000 with the biggest margin 12 points. They've beaten us 22 times in that period by an average of 39 points. Bloody embarrassing. Last year was fun kicking the first 5 goals of the game and then getting slaughtered. As was 2019 in Tassie when we kicked 8 of the first 10 goals and got rolled. They more than anyone know that if they go a bit harder and dial up the pressure that eventually we will roll over for them. |

people say footy is mostly played above the shoulders ... well you only need to look at our supporters to see the truth in that. we have lost the game before its even begun. i think we have had the hardest draw to date having played most of what i expect to be the top 6 sides in the comp in the first 9 weeks, and that without never having the ability to pick our best side (or even get close) Do I think the season is lost. No, i had questions if we could make fianls this year and they still exist. We arent in the top 6 sides, and i think we are anywhere from 7 to 14th, but lets see how we go against sides that arent flying and nearly injury free (tigers when we played them, port had only a few, dogs nearly 100% as are melbourne) and whilst yesterday was pretty average, it wasnt a smashing either.. it starts with the hawks game. win. |

Our 2021 form says we win this game. Every game bar Collingwood that we've been expected to win (but still bloody nervous we'd drop it), we've delivered. Freo, GC, Ess. But then, it's Clarkson. Could easily see him coming up with something & doing us by 5 goals. But I'm sticking with Carlton by 174 points |

Prefer not to drop Parks - had a really poor game but could also be a one off. He was like a headless chook yesterday unfortunately for him. He debut as a teenager so I would like to back him in against an opponent that could suit him more. Out: Cunners In: Honey Only change for me. |
