Won the clearance battle this time.

Melbourne 14 marks inside 50 to 6.

Again no suggestion there is an emphasis from the coaching panel on anything resembling a defensive structure.

Disgusted that the selected team lost to the undefeated demons.

I'm outraged

Game result ended up as expected... Dees very rarely out of second gear

We seriously need to work on a defensive game plan if we're ever expected to become a top 8 team

It’s not that we lost specifically, it’s how and why we lost

If we had any semblance of onfield structure and any common sense at the selection table a win would be possible. Never even looked like it today but yeah, we can continue to celebrate no losses over 30 points in 2 1/2 years

Their defence is seriously good & absolutely had a picnic against us.

Well done Harry for slugging it out. Hope our fitness staff haven't screwed him.

The side just played so dumb today. So many stupid decisions. What was Eddie doing trying to skid that ball through with a dees player right near the goal line

I'm starting to be concerned that there is not enough muscle in the team. Too many inside mids? Where is the muscle? Our lines just show no power other than individuals

Have to give yourself a plan and team that you think could have a chance first and I think it's fair to question that today.

No, I didn’t expect to win.

I did expect we would be stupid enough to play on from free kicks when we would have no clear advantage
I did expect to lose at least 1 player through injury
I did expect Cripps to continue his 2019 form
I did expect Walsh to bust his arse again
I did expect our forward entries to be to the advantage of the Demons
I did expect to lose by about 30 points

Let’s face it we are very predictable

I thought we were defensively really good - Demons ball use going inside 50 was unstoppable at times and defenders had some lapses gifting easy marks inside 50 but thought our defensive transition was where it should be.

Just need to keep grinding with the cattle we have on the ground I will be super disappointed if we dont win next three games even with the injuries we have.

Is anyone else surprised that Cripps had 27 possessions? Also Murphy, Setterfield and Williams all had it 19 times.

If you’d asked me after acting the game I’d tell you they all had terrible games and had little impact….

Not really we smashed them in clearances and stoppages. Efficiency inside 50 is what cost us the game.

Oh - and turn overs.... gee wizz some of it was really bad

Not surprised by some of those but are you sure Murphy had 19 possessions? He was hardly sighted I thought.
Glad I watched this from home, you can swear as much as you want.
It is really sad seeing Cripps playing like this.
Sucks about Cunners.
