Gro has covered most of it, BV has covered the list management aspects in terms of mids/small forwards/small defenders.

The most painful thing is that there is so much talent to work with; the building blocks are there.

Yes, talking draft already but we should focus on a Butters/Rozee skillful mid/HF type with the first pick.

Someone like Doc missed two years; he turns 28 in October.

You'd hate to see someone like him never get a proper crack at finals because of inept list management/drafting and coaching.

The club haven't got a second to lose in terms of getting things right.
