Centre clearance embarrassment - drop the bloke who won some early last week.

8 goal streak.

Kudos to those of you still willing to get emotionally invested in this team. Don’t know how you do it.

Another 30+ turnaround to add to the collection too.

I do look forward to the tone-deaf main focus on CFC social media being the fact that Eddie and Harry each kicked a few.

Demons will skewer us next week.

Nothing honourable about this loss

Loser mentality... we are a nowhere club

The putrid quarter strikes again. Could hold a fund-raiser guessing which one it will be each game. Bonus payout same game multi when correct plus any other putrid quarter.

We are deadset pathetic…. I am only imagine what Melbourne will do to us next week. Teague has no answers when opposition has a run against us. The midfield smashed. And made no changes NONE. Cant event try something different. Williams is a worry he has done nothing. Saad was being worked out - What did Teague do to release him - NOTHING. We went to shit. I should have expected it really. Cripps - There is something not right there, he is a liability and doesn’t seem to give a toss bag.

Well done Blues. That's an impressive choke right there. Super impressive.

Even more galling that we allowed Josh Bruce to have a day out

So so predictable

I switched off just before three quarter time. I had an inkling.

No faith in my team

This club tires me out

I hope that one hurts.
Not mentally strong enough yet, and not mature enough yet to carry on and take wins like that, on or off the field - outplayed and outcoached in the last.

Showed a lot of endeavour, dominated the majority of the game but walking away with absolutely SFA for any of it. Simply not good enough. Weiters immense, Eddie and Harry terrific, but poor Jack. Can the Club please tell us our invisible captain is injured or isn’t gonna re-sign or something? The prospect of Crippa being fit right now and “playing” like this is heartbreaking.

Another big test next week, but it’s the same old same old every week: it takes four quarters to win a game of footy, no matter how well you can play 3 of them...and if you don’t take your chances, the opposition will.

Great job on Caleb Daniel for 2 and a half quarters. Bloke sliced us in the last part of the game.

Does our ineptitude mean we forget about the first-quarter umpiring ineptitude which cost us three goals?

At least our daughter had a great first Mothers' Day lunch.
Rib-eye roast cooked in the Weber.

I said we lost our Heart n Soul player in SOS.
I was hoping our demeanour wouldn't change.

Looked to me we can't maintain the pressure for 4 quarters.
Hate to say it, not fit enough. Ask Russell if that's so.

What I noticed first 3 quarters when we were easily winning, just not taking our easy chances and bias umpiring that we don't need Cripps.

I reckon Setterfield would do a better job than Cripps right now, maybe even Dow.

Cripps Saad Williams were largely inneffective.

Bottom 6 are a big liability (not AFL level yet):

Owies missing that shot and letting Daniel dominate him.
Gibbons is just too small and light for this caper, and doesn't offer anything near Daniel.
Cottrell sometimes ball watches, but he's not a big thinker and can't break tackles.
Levi tried his guts out but....he's all we've got, now SOS and Gov are out.
Fogarty's handball turnover replicates his handball technique. He's tough; that's it.

There's a few peripheral players who could take the 6th spot in the last quarter.

Disappointing. WE let them off the leash from late 3rd and all of last.

Really shit way to lose. 8 goal streak.
Midfield is pathetic. Starts with a VFL (at best) level ruckman and ends with a Captain that is a shell of what he was.

Is it too early to call the Williams recruitment a bust? A midfielder he ain't.

Levi Casboult is getting a game through attrition, but it's almost time to just cut our losses and let him go. He's a liability.

Gibbons being exposed weekly.

Cottrall tries hard but not good enough.

Our inability to nail easy goals continues to bite us. We were 27 up. Should have been 40 up.

Either give SPS a run in the 2s or keep him in. Playing him as the sub does nothing for him.

Walsh showed he is human and had a rare quiet game.

Cripps... it's just sad now. What's happened to him? What do we do with him? What would we get for him?

Positives: we got 27 up and should have been more.

Eddie turned back the clock although it does nothing for our future but it was nice to see it fit a bit of nostalgia.

Harry's purple patch. Imagine if he had a half decent midfield feeding him.

Weiters was immense, but could only hold the dam walls for so long.

Thought Docherty had a really good game

Overall, just very disappointing after getting into a winning position against a quality opposition.
