Teague has at least made us a competitive unit but the rest now is up to the players. Until they can stay motivated and "want" it on a consistent basis we struggle no matter who we recruit. Coach there can only do so much. Ratts is learning that at St.Kilda too. it's the same in any sport at high level.

As I said earlier, until we play for premierships and not the paycheck we simply stay middle of the road as you can never compete with that attitude.
