Monumental failure. I see it as a reset and maintaining your quality core and building around those players. Through trading out, draft and game styles. Will require a miracle for us to be contending in the next two years and winning that elusive premiership expected by the club by 2023 (laughable). |

I’m open to trading both captains. I’d delist Newman, Newnes, Murphy, Levi and Eddie. The list lacks balance and depth, except for HBFs. We’ve committed to Saad and Williams so may as well back them in. If Jed Bews is still a FA I’d target him. See if North want picks and ask about Cunnington. Get some guys that win their position and see if it can spread through the group. We need some blue collar effort |

Yup spot on, it’s clear as day, action has to be taken, 4 -13 speaks volumes of were we are certainly the pandemic hindered Teaugue , teams development , culture and general progress. But supporters have suffered for a few decades, time to change modus operandi. |

The CFC listed reserves players make fundamental skill and decision errors at that level, it's baffling to see SPS (9 clangers), LOB, Willo, Levi, Murphy, Cottrell, plod against a makeshift Port Melbourne. Port are 21st on the ladder FFS at 1 and 5. |

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, get a Wes Lofts (Neil Balme) in off field and start from there.... We definitely have a cultural issue, which I am confident is the biggest issue However, our player development and recruiting is substandard.Recruiting half back flankers on big salaries smacks of a club that is desperate for success but has no idea about building premiership lists. There are gaps on our list that need to be filled. Simply changing coaches won’t make a huge difference if all aspects of the football operations is not improved. |

Watching Hawks v Dons at the moment. 2 teams that we've beaten this year and in a matter of weeks they've zoomed passed us. They would flog us right now. |

Sad but true Both teams have one thing in abundance that we lack. Swagger. Neither team is as good as us, but they go out there like peacocks showing off their feathers, while we (to borrow a line from an online commenter) look like boys from Xavier College after being dropped off by their range-rover driving mums. Those teams embrace and celebrate their swagger, while we send ours to the back pocket to play on the most dangerous small forward. |

He may bring something to the table for next year Play DeKoning more as a the first ruck now. He needs to be fast tracked Throw Stocker in the midfield for minutes Give Kemp a taste of senior footy for a few weeks even if he is struggling Why play him in defence in the reserves. Play him as a mid Carroll play him for an extended period on a wing. Docherty needs a new role Play him forward Play Williamson for the last few weeks on a wing. His best is good If he fails delist him Teague needs to find out what he has got in his repertoire for 2022. Because the list is no good Betts Murphy O’Brien Casboult Curnow Silvangi I would delist I would trade out Cripps and SPS That hopefully give us 4 good picks in the draft to recruit talent 3 mids and a key defender Hopefully Charlie will be back Marchbank maybe Cunningham Dow Setterfield etc are contracted till 2022 If they dish up the same crap next year see you later And give Weitering the captaincy I reckon he would be a terrific leader Because the list is not good enough Poor recruiting A board who are not savvy enough to know what it takes to be successful in the AFL on field And for 20 years have taken dumb shortcuts The last 2 weeks I think has demonstrated that we as Carlton supporters have had a gut full It’s time for the club to realize that this reset rebuild whatever you want to call it hasn’t work Experiment the last 8 weeks Play kids Be ruthless Look to the future Do it now |

On paper we have an 'easier' run home. Do we let senior player who have underperformed get some junk supercoach points, or do we find out what we have. Some would say 'don't gift players games' That's exactly what we're doing at the moment with half our list. We have a coaching team who didn't try anything positional yesterday. Nothing. Didn't swing our defensive match ups around much, didn't try a Jones or Weitering up forward for a ten minute burst, didn't mess with our gold plated centre square setup, try Walsh forward or make any kind of bold play to arrest what clearly wasn't working. If I'm wrong, I don't think I'm *that* wrong. Let's see who's prepared to dig in and dig in hard. Hell, even lay a tackle. |

We are getting there - just expectations this year and likely next year if we win a few games on the trot will again be unrealistic until the list is added with AFL standard talent. |
