When it’s our turn to go into a hub I wonder if we can rotate players from the entire list in and out of the hub during the time period to shorten the time away from family ..?

Now that our game has been transferred from MCG to Marvel ... are we not only disadvantaged playing the saints at Etihad, we are now down 200k??

They are gradually allowing crowds as well.

Well at least we get the stay there and not travel much... right ?

Hopefully the whole list goes. Frankly I think there is little point playing some senior citizens any longer, a couple fellas shouldn't play on in 2021 so it is arguably time to give games to the likes of LOB and Stocker.

For the rest of the season?

We have already played St Kilda, Essendon* and Richmond

So that leaves Brisbane, Gold Coast, North Melbourne, Bulldogs.

When/How do we play West Coast, Fremantle, Adelaide, Port Adelaide, Collingwood, Hawthorn, Sydney, GWS ?

Surely we will have to hit Perth and Sydney hubs as well.

Are Western Australia, Queensland and New South Wales borders open to each other? I can't keep up. Carlton might be based in Queensland but still have to travel to New South Wales or WA for games or vice versa?

WA borders closed

Maybe we go to NSW after Qld?

I guess the AFL have realised they can't plan too far ahead so I'm sure whatever the plan is may change anyway.

Can players families go? It'll be hard for those with kids.

The sooner these glorified practice matches get cancelled the better

Agreed...2020 will end up being the longest preseason on record

Bring on 2021...and another year of heartache

No we need St Kilda to be 4 games clear on the top of the ladder and premiership favourites before we cancel the season.

Hope it's as much as Geelong gets for the inconvenience of playing at home at their state-funded ground.

Talk was, that not all teams might play each other. Not sure how true this is but if so, it would be totally wrong, if teams doubled up in a 17 round competition. Must play all teams once.
