So you'll want Cook moved on if the alternative board is elected?

I'll take Cook on as a part time three day per week consultancy link between Football director and CEO but not CEO.

Why not CEO? In those immortal words from our resident right wing Ranga 'Please Explain!'

Hey! 65 is not old. Experienced is a more preferable term.

Was I dreamin' or did Mr Walsh spend many pages alerting us all to the fact that the multi billion dollar European Soccer clubs do it so much better than the rest. Now he tells us 65 is to old.

You need to check your stats book Walshy, I think your crayons have run and smudged the numbers.

Neil Balme is 69. Would you knock him back?

Regards Cazzesman

As a new employee to the club - absolutely would knock Balme back. Would I sack him if he is 65 or 69 years old - absolutely not.

People at the club won't be doing there job properly if they can't find appropriate long term solutions.

Off field stability has gone up the shit because someone thought it was wise to play the power tripper.

Do you think the Off Field stability has been good before the start of August 2021?

Walshy!

Not good.

60's these days is what the 40's were 30 years ago.

I'm not even grey...yet...and I'm a similar genre as Cook.

I set the pace in my world ... ask London.

65 isn't old...Cook has kept his mind active and on top of his game.
He knows the role by heart.

If only we could get him.....fingers crossed.

Liddle openly admitted on the night of Teague's sacking and again in club email today, the failings have been under his watch.

He reports to the Board, and manages and recruits the Football Dept and Admin roles. Nothing to do with the Board.

Moving Liddle couldn't be a surprise to anyone who took an interest in some of his actions over the last 3 years.

he was not CEO material, but a good marketer. We knew he was a good Marketer.

You are blaming the Board for on field instability the Review exposed, which was Liddle's responsibility to ensure?

Come on. There were issues with motivation, Defensive mindet, Game Plan before the review came to light...refer to TC discussions over the year, or two.

New Coach

New CEO

New Board Members

New Assistants

New ... Football Manager??

Another Preseason

Injuries and Surgeries behind us

Improved list in 2022

Rubbing hands...I've got something New to look forward to.

Things can only get better.

It's all abit pointless Bondi. We all know nothing will fit the narrative Walshy wants to push, which is Teague Good, Sayers Bad.

He will come up with some flippant reason as to why Cook is not up to it. Nothing of substance, just a throw away line that means Jack Shite.

I notice he hasn't responded to my media link that shows his beloved soccer Teams in Europe can't get enough of the old and wise.

There is an issue with backing in your conviction and decisions until that conviction is exhausted. We have issues with the list, injury list, and midfield in particular, appropriate support and perhaps even football department structure and no football director.

As said countless times - defensive mindset was always there but its hard to defend when you are not halving the contest as midfield is weakest in the comptition.

Brilliant job commercially, but as the President said, it’s also the football department that was under his watch.

The football department had no leader nor guidance its funny that under Judd's watch is what fell apart the worst.

Buggered if I know how someone who claims to be “just another supporter with no connections at the club” knows so much about who did what right and wrong over so many years.

You’d have to have an inside connection (in which case you’re full of shit) or you’re pretending to know stuff you can’t possibly know (in which case you’re full of shit).

What about your narrative Cazzeman
It is what it is
All a bit wishy washy to me
If it was Sayers and Sayers only deciding the coach Lyon would be it
That would have put the final nail in the coffin
As BV said get the best coach
The question I would be asking is how are you going to be innovative
That question should be asked to every candidate
Clearly Ross wasn’t prepared to change
Success in the past is almost irrelevant
Change is ever constant

And how are we going to develop our midfield depth
Because it ain’t there
Sayers says we plan to make finals
How can you do that with 3 or 4 decent mids
And what about the captaincy
It stands out like dogs balls to me that Weitering should be captain
Walsh deputy
Cripps is not a good captain
Too much like one of the boys
Docherty is still going through hell

So obvious matE
Geeeezzzz your hard work Cazzeman

Same here. Move over Teague Train, all aboard the SS Sayers
(Walshy kept caged in the cargo hold with the other pets)
