It's intensity and pressure. 25 tackles only!

Wouldn't be surprised if we lose next week. Heat will be on the Lions, we often really struggle in Qld, short break, third interstate trip in four weeks plus we're really shit....

I hope we don't win another so we can clear out those who aren't trying - I am really angry and if i wasn't watching with a saints mate i would turn the Telly off.

They are playing with purpose, they spread and cut us up like butter. Every time they go forward they have several options...we go forward we have 0. Very frustrating.

Unlike others on here I was never sucked in, he fumbles way too much and we all know what his disposal is like. Unfortunately there isn't much midfield hope in the Northern Blues to bring in to replace him.

But he can run all day.

18 marks inside fwd 50 to the saints... league ave is 12 per game

They're out running us all over the field and our elite kicking skills ain't helping

I don't think we are too slow, or not working hard enough.

I think we're spent. Arse end of the season, and we've faced some of the best in the business and come up just short a few times.

We need a break, rest, freshen up and have a real good pre-season into these young lads.

It doesn't look good the way we're butchering the ball, but we just don't have the legs.

I was always worried about there speed however the only other options would have been Everitt, Sumner, DVR and maybe even Cuningham.

Improving our centre square clearances would help but it's more about their pace, structure and forward entry.

Very pleasant in the sun here.
Is there a game on?
Think I may have dozed off for a bit.

Big difference between a struggler like us and a premiership aspirant like Sydney.

Richards is cooked, probably never to play again.

Walker is cooked, gets gifted a game.

They did the same to us in round 12, it's got to be more than us just being tired.

As I keep saying, we just are not very good, made worse with the toll of a long season. Half the side just way off the pace with not much coming through if yesterday's result is any indication. I am quite sure Bolton (and our list manager) know exactly what we have and need.

All these guys need to bring 110% effort if we are ever a chance in games.... Today I've seen nothing.

Add White, Curnow, (still a turnover king) Rowe... Anyone else I've missed?

Bit harsh on Walker and Plowman though.

Those 3 honorable losses against top 8 sides now are a distant memory.
Say what you like we have not improved at all this year.
Malthouse was a terrible coach Bolton should be doing a lot better

I am just gobsmacked at thre lack of effort.
They have set up three goals from having a man standing by himself on the left wing and running through the F50 and passing or marking it.
They just aren't learning from their mistakes.

In a half of footy we have run with the ball twice. Both within tha last ten minutes of the half. One of them was Thomas.

There must be someone in the twos who is quick and who wants to play football for the Carlton Football Club. Someone we haven't tried as yet.

Oh and Bolts, kicking it long to a contest is NOT working anywhere on the ground. Neither is stopping and going back for a kick while the opposition runs and sets up forward of the ball. Someone commented in the Hawks thread that at least Bolton has the players giving a stuff. Screaming headlines, folks, tonight they don't care. And attitude won't win games if the game plan is pedestrian in nature.

There's an elephant in the room, folks.

Plowman literally hasn't had a kick. Punches well from behind. That's about it.
