Come on... Do we really believe this "review" was ever independent and not orchestrated to give our inept and incompetent board the result they wanted? Of course it wasn't. This board directed the outcome to the review members so as their "findings" would be perceived as being a fair dinkum assessment and thats it. They wont publish said findings as it would be bleedingly obvious it was a farce end of story.

Lets say for arguments sake the Board says it

"took on board the recommendations of the Review and we have decided to terminate Teague now and look for the club's next Premiership Coach. The list is good enough for a tilt at the Flag"

and Pavlich comes out and states there was no recommendation to sack the coach.

Absolute @#$%&! garbage. The rebuild is the best and most courageous decision the club made in 20 years.
The piss weak tanking efforts under the stewardship of the great board luminaries Kernahan, Gleeson, Ralph Carr etc created the culture.

This board had the balls to openly trade out players and actively pursue draft picks with a view to rebuild from the bottom. Thats what delivered players like Weitering, Charlie Curnow, McKay, Walsh. It's the missed midfield selections that have come back to haunt us.
But I don't recall too many posters whinging when SOS got the gig. Yes he blew a lot of midfield selections but to blame the board is a bit rich IMHO.
