The Royal Children’s Hospital Bioethics Development Board are putting on a special event for the Carl v StK match in the Captain's Bar (private room) including Medallion Club seats, gourmet canapés and drinks all evening, entertainment (see below) and prizes, auctions etc.. to raise money for the Children's Bioethics Centre at the hospital.

Entertainment: the Harvard Krokodiloes are an a cappella singing group (and one of the early glee groups) of Harvard students who have a long and proud history, including performing for US Presidents, movie stars (Scarlett Johanssen, Keifer Sutherland, Anne Hathaway) and on TV (eg. The West Wing) etc… They traditionally perform songs from the 20s – 60s. I admit it is a bit kitsch but also fun and for a great cause.
Talk: 'Drugs in sport' by Dr Hugo Gold, Clinical Director of the Children's Bioethics Centre
Cost: $160pp
Time: 5:30 for 6pm
RSVP: Tue, July 9

There are some spots still available so if anyone is interested, PM me and I'll give you the details. (I'm involved in the RCH Bioethics Development Board).
(Sadly, Scarlett Johanssen is not expected to make it this time...)
