Spot on. Particularly after a poor first half. Great after half time. Still need another tall up forward.

sad to think Ratts will most likely go, if only the players cared as much as he does, what sort of goal should a new coach have also??

anyway, was pleased we fought tonight out, could have folded but didn't - dogs are shit though

With better setup from start we would have won bigger. Playing Watto CHF is just stupid. Lucky the Dogs are awful.

While it was a terrible game, great to see the young boys. Casboult looks good, finally a tall forward option. Bell will be good too. A very gutsy win with at least half of our side out.
Go Blues.

McInnes, Garlett, betts, Collins, Gibbs were all great.

Cas and Bell were good. Watson should never play anywhere else than chb.

Ratts made the right adjustments after ht.

A good job

Cas was solid. Loved watching him

It's amazing what having a ruckman who can take a mark does for the team. He may not have won many taps but he influenced the play much more so than Warnock does.

Would have to stay in the side next week.

Good to see some debutants with some hunger/desperation, Bell especially.

Yep. Casboult got through the game, which is a bonus and when Warnock comes in next week, Casboult will play CHF.
Belll started like a house on fire and finished quietly but is a keeper.
Dale unsighted but made the most of his one or two opportunities.
McInness had a good last quarter.
Watson looks more comfortable down back.
Bower is a mystery. Tries hard but just doesn't seem to be able to make space.
Scotland consistent as usual.
Collins played the best game I have seen him play.
Yazz played well in patches and is a gun.
Betts is unreal. How does he do what he does?
Garlett got involved and had a couple of cameos in the middle.
Gibbs is wasted as a tagger and when he was released had more influence.

There are more positives here than negatives. Making the finals is still possible but based on our available list, it will be brief. My heart says keep playing the kids for next year but if we do and we keep winning, what then?

I'll take the four points any day. How would you like to be a Bulldogs supporter tonight? I feel sorry for them. My mum is one and she will be devastated.

An indictment on him as a coach tbh

Most were calling for those changes much earlier

There should be a few apologies from people on this site who were super negative about the coach and the club this week. A fantastic courageous win by the club and we should have more belief about what goes on rather than some of rubbish that we read here thru the week, well done Blues!

Probably need more than one game to tell but can we go with just one ruckman and Casboult?
