I see he is as effective now with his media demands as he was 5 years ago. How is he going to use those 2 first round picks that he demanded from the AFL for band 1 compensation for losing Ward

Last year he demanded a top 20 pick during trade week from Hawthorn for Josh Hill, after Hawthorn offered up picks 37 and 66 for him

The only thing I see wrong with Icke is that he looks too much like Chicken Nixon.

My understanding is that the Icke move was a mutual decision.

Surely this paves the way for Silvagni to return to the club.

There are two issues here if this is even vaguely true.

1. Either it is a complete load of tosh and Hotcox is up to his normal tricks or
2. A Board member should be thrashed within an inch of his life for talking out of school.

I'd opt for option 1 as the true answer. But Hotcox, if it is option 2 and Ashcroft is the man, you need to come clean as to who it is on the Board because we don't need his sort at Carlton.
