Glad to hear from the presser and SEN interview that we're already on the phone with potential assistants.

I thought Power was returning to his Head of Development role?

Line coach would be a demotion, no?

I forgot Dean Soloman. Tough and hard as a cats head. Premiership player. 200+ games. 10 years in the AFL system as an Assistant Coach. Apparently well regarded at Gold Coast with the players.

Aside from that I've got nothing.

If we're serious about our VFL side, I'd love Justin Plapp involved there. Worked some absolute miracles to turn Melbourne's VFL side around.

Probably won't happen given O'Keefe has been retained, but if they do move him to a line role. Would be keen.

Wouldn't mind seeing Lappin named as an assistant. Actually both of 'em.

I'd be surprised if Lappin doesn't come because Voss will have him as first choice and the club will do what it takes re matching whatever Geelong is offering.

The internet experts are always saying Caracella is a master strategist.

Anyone know what his relationship with Voss is like? Any chance as a target?

Reckon the most important thing is that Voss gets the blokes he wants . His chosen team need to be as one . All paddling in the same direction . Couldn't be more excited that at last where gonna get this right ...........

A big name and a big club just seems natural .

Teammates in 2003 flag and 2004 runner-up
However I'd think pretty settled at Ess.

Could we entice Dean Cox out of the Swans?

Scott Burns has only been at the crows for a year but
would be more than handy.

Williams seems to be confident we Weill get some good assistants. He said that in his video. So who knows who they have in mind. I hope Voss has some good connections and relationships in this space.

A bit left field but it's a shame we couldn't consider Daisy Pearce.
She sees the game really well, communicates it in simple terms and she appears to be a top shelf person.
Unfortunately AFLW lists are settled otherwise it would be good to get her across to play for our AFLW team and then move into assisting with the mens team.

What options are left? Jaymie Graham still available? Highly rated, went reasonably deep in the collingwood role.
Is it possible we are eyeing off a couple of assistants at Melbourne and/or Dogs and waiting for their seasons to finish?
Beyond that, can't see too many others that are available.
