Only Carlton would use that bit of Eddie magic as the trigger for conceding 4 goals in 4 minutes. @#$%&!, we basically have to outplay the opposition for 90% of the game to have even a sniff of victory.

3 goals up with 5 mins to go
1 goal down at the end of the quarter.

Teague still cannot work out how to lock things down when the momentum swings. It’s been a consistent problem for 2 years

Bring on red time. I love watching this shit every week

Not necessarily red time, just anytime during a game we fall asleep and can’t halt momentum.
Yes but we have a special knack of doing it in red time.

This isn't just a Teague thing. It's a Carlton thing, and has been for over 10 years.

Our midfield and forward pressure dropped off noticeably towards the end of the quarter.

Can sense it at the ground.

And then Franklin gets the good end of the stick from the umpires. Infuriating.

We could be 10 goals in front and I would still have no confidence about winning the game

Little fortitude in this team

Is it where they put the cameras at this joint the reason it seems so tiny?

We kick 4 goals, 2 miraclees from the boundary line to get to a 3 goal lead with 5 minutes left and end up going 1 goal down at QT.

I'm sorry if this doesn't prove our coaches have no idea then I'm not sure what does. We purely rely on talent to get ahead.

We continually leak goals in the last 5 minutes of a quarter

Disgusting umpiring, now they’ll have to start their run again

Yes - but do they do that on a weekly basis, and at consistent points of the game?
