For me its
Pittonet for TDK
Cunningham for Honey

If Martin plays, then maybe Kennedy to miss and Cunningham plays midfield.

I agree with those changes.
If Martin plays, hope he isn't being rushed back too early.

I'd play Kennedy over Cunners, who has barely fired a shot since the Essendon* game

Cuningham definitely likes to keep his powder dry.

No way in the world SPS or Eddie are rested for this weekend

The type of game I am hoping for on Friday will pan out like this:

Quarter time: lead by about 10-15
Half time: lead by about 20-25
Three quarter time: lead by about 35-40
Final siren: win by 40+

This would be good for my blood pressure and my emotional nourishment.

Go Blues!
Just win.

I keep saying Newnes is not up to it. Should be the first to go.

Yes he kicked an incredible goal last week.

But apart from that even Murphy has done a lot more.

Newnes and Murphy rested.

Martin (if fit) and Cunners in.

Keep playing the youngsters.

SPS up the ground.

No doubt Jack Martin lining up will provide a bit of extra motivation for the Suns but if he's 100% fit, he has to play.
He's our X factor.

If you listen to the audio in the video on the club site where they show off the fantastic indigenous-week jerseys, he or Cripps pretty well says he is playing.

As long as he's not rushing back to play being Indigenous round and also against his old team. The last thing we need is another injury with this compressed fixture coming up.

Exactly what the doctor ordered.

No. 1 we need the win.
No. 2. we need to improve our percentage.

Reading between the lines of Teague's press conference, Cunningham will play on Friday. And Martin and Pittonet will play if they get through training today.

Same equation to last week - must win.

I’ve watched a bit of GC and they’re playing some good footy without winning. Like us, they have lapses throughout games which seem to ultimately cost the result. Will be a tough game.

Team selection will be very interesting with Martin, Pitto and Cunners all potentially fit. Martin is straight in if fit but who goes out? I get the feeling Kennedy might miss with that corkie. He only played 6 minutes in the last quarter apparently. If Pitto is fit, it’ll be intriguing to see if they stick with TDK or replace him with Pitto. IMO TDK hasn’t done much wrong since coming back into the side. And then if Cunners comes in, will Honey go out? Seems counterproductive to not give him a second chance but they took Philp out after one game (although he came back in after Fish’s late withdrawal). Gibbons has been down the last 3 weeks so he might be under the pump.

That's the sort of fantasy I have. Came true against the bulldogs...

A six goal lead heading into the final quarter seems a bit too close for me...

I think you’ll find every game from now on in, is a must win for us to play finals.
