Beat North, then we have the Hawks the week after. Massive fortnight, our chance of finals hinge on these two games, otherwise it will be tough.

Old Carlton, and by OLD I mean last 20 years, would lose this game.

Have Carlton under Teague changed ?

Was it just me or did Jones look to be struggling after that head clash with Dixon?

Jones did take some solid hits, interesting to see if he pulls up ok for this week.

Tough call as the team seems settled however one or two changes may just provide some fresh legs.

Still remember playing this mob last year and Zurhaar smashing in to players and kicking goals.

This mob beat Saints and GWS in round 1 and 2 and have been crap since, injuries galore out of form but I'm still nervous.

Hopefully we can just grab the 4 points and move on.

A young Silvagni looks ready for a debut if Jones is out.

TDK?

Wet weather forecast so they might go with Fisher. Then again we went tall in slippery conditions against the Dogs. Would want TDK to help Pittonet against Goldstein.

Injury? Must say, he did not look himself against Port..
(not including the push out when he had the mark covered in the last few minutes either )

Looks like Simpkin is out for them as well. Our midfielders should run riot.

Let's be daring and bring in Honey as a reverse Moran.

Tanking already...?

We MUST dominate this game...Big test for Pittonet against Goldie.. and for Harry against Tarrant...
Other than that we should be ahead or break even in most parts of the ground

Go Blues

So most likely they have Ziebell, Simpkin, Thomas and Cunnington out. If we have really improved this year they shouldn’t get within 6 goals of us. Interested to see how we deal with being favorites.

Ordinarily would be worried about us turning in a shocker after a big effort, especially against a side that has owned us over recent years, but they are so injury-riddled I can't see how they can put a strong enough team in the field to put us to a real test. Hope these aren't famous last words!

Surely we're better than them on the outside ?

No excuses for not taking chances to clear the ball from congestion.

We lost a game by 3 points last weekend and dropped three places on the ladder.
Every win is important.

I’ve seen this movie before...
Us favourites.
They missing several key players and backs to the wall.
Us soft and lose.
They crack in hard and win.

Another litmus test match for us. We have passed a few of these lately but also failed a couple...
