I think the relationship was struggling before that. That was probably the final straw. FWIW I don't think he is any loss especially in his current form.

All seemed ok late last year. Brock was playing good footy & had the glowing appraisal from MM for his elimination final unselfishness of pulling out.
Maybe their conversation following the subbing didn't take too well.

See how the forward line functions this week with Cas & Waite up there. Hopefully 1AW lines up there as well with Gibbs on the HFF too.

I'm going to my first game of the year tomorrow, more as a warmup for the big game Norwich vs Liverpool.

For something different MM says we are coming up against a very good football side.

Well if he's comparing these teams to us, he's right

Wouldn't surprise me.
It's just the whole 'opposition' thing our team seems to dislike.

I think Waite was stiff to miss last week, although I understand why it happened. As well as all the other problems, we don't really have enough goalkickers in the team with Menzel and Garlett out of the side. Having Waite back in should help a little. Don't think we've got much chance. We'll get monstered in contested ball, like we have the last few times we've played the Bulldogs. And we certainly don't have the defence or outside skill to win some other way.

I reckon youre right Stefchook.
I'm sure most agree with youu re contested ball.

Given we all know their strength against us for the contested ball, what can we do to counter that?
We have to couunter that advantage of will, desperation and desire to win the ball.

What am I saying? We fail in the will desperation and desire categories?

Curnow will go to Boyd. Seems like a mismatch, but if Curnow can doa job on him then maybe we should have our most spirited players in the guts for the contested ball: Simpson, Ellard, Buckley....coz that's about it at this stage of the season.

Going to the game and sitting front row Level 2 on the wing. I hope we win for the kids. They are all ready for the show.

Come on Bluebaggers....Juddy Murphy Giibbsy Carrazzo...get that nut and play like a team possessed.

GET THAT NUT FIRST!!!!!!!!

I have no expectations so i cant be let down again.

Um. I think you'll find you can't use the word brave about Carlton.
