Did anyone catch an exclusive on Ch 9 news about Carlton - seemed to be the lead story?

..checked a few diff sites, and haven't seen anything, maybe they were just talking about what's coming up later in their sports segment, blues did make alot of changes maybe they're saying we 'dropped' a bunch.. ..VC finally back in etc etc..

It wasn't that BKB as Stevo being back in wasn't an exclusive, which this story was branded as.

The news story was about the young footballer that was bashed at Hungary Jacks in South Yarra a few weeks ago! He is a mad blues supporter and was at Carlton Training today, slowly recovering all the best to him.

Are you saying Channel 9 started their news with a good news story that it involved Carlton, Wow, I thought only the Filth had that luxury.

Good luck to the young man!!!

Yes it was a great feel good story involving The Blues. Fevola was trying to convince him to put on some boots to join in the training. The young Fella said the loss on Friday night did not help his health, so The Blues will have to do the right thing and win this week.

Good to see a news story that is positive about the Blues.

Good luck to the young guy. I'm posting from Chapel St. I frequent that Hungry Jacks occasionally as it is a convenient place to eat at if I'm shopping. Haven't been there since the attack.

Thanks for that Kouta - great story and great for the kid to get down to training and see the boys. Quick recovery to him and serious jail time to the thugs that beat him up.
