Interesting to hear Judd say he made a major blue allowing McVeigh to run onto that Jolly hitout in front of goal. Said he realised about 3 secs before it happened that he knew what was going to happen, but too late to do anything.

But I thought it was Ratten's fault?

finally a decent part of the show

judd just said that often the umpires have a bit of small man syndrome about them and talk too agressively to the players

Not sure that was such a smart thing to say.

I imagine all the little maggotts will take offence and react as only they can.

It wAsnt Ratts fault it was 'The Champs ' fault...

"Give it to the Champ"

One half of our two man gameplan..

If "the Champ" doesnt do it all on his own with some help from Fev were [REDACTED]!!!

How good is Ablett though? 35, 29, 37, 46 & six goals in the first four weeks.

Saw this tonight and agree it wasn't all that great, though I do like hearing from Judd.

No major earth shattering news from a Carlton pov. I did take note that Judd said that Ratts gave him a spray after the game about his defensive efforts. They showed footage of Fev and the double 50 in the first. Judd agreed that it wasn't the best and will no doubt be addressed in the game review tomorrow.

Gerard OTC tonight said Judd was bog in the first qtr and has never seen him play a worse qtr in the navy blue in the second. Reckons McVeigh onto Judd has been the move of the year so far.

I therefore fully expect The Champ to bounce back this week. No doubt, we'll need it.

The OTC boys now refer to the now famous Hird article as the Flab Four. I'd laugh if I wasn't hurting so much...

It was good to see Juddy up there, but gee willikers - he doesn't set the world on fire does he?

I've seen more animation in a pot plant.
