jsizzle obviously no one at the moment seems to know the answer to your question.

With Justin Cordy now in his second year with us, I would imagine that he will be modifying his program for the players that have been training with him in year one and then another program for any recruits/rookies etc we pick up in the draft.

Apart from the obvious running and weights, swimming would also play a part as well as dietary for those who are somewhat overweight in the off season.

The best way for the players to reduce lactate production would be to stop breastfeeding

If they wanted to stop production of lactic acid then running should do the trick.

I think you are thinking of "Lactation".

:P :P

Cordy will need to work on his running style. Heads all over the place.

As ppl have stated already jsizzle, mostly weights & running, with some swimming as well.

Some would say however that Nicky Stevens has a different program to the others, comprising of running (to the pizza bar down the road) & weights (lifting said pizza to mouth in conjunction with lifting a beer with the other hand - this way he gets to work on his co-ordination too)

Depending on the outcome of Stevo's "workout", then determines whether he's allowed to go in the pool or not. 8)

I'd imagine that it would be tailored specifically to each player and what the club feels they need (increased muscle mass, decreased weight, increased strength, speed, endurance, etc). That's what we pay JC the big bucks for.
