A definite chance this week if we come ready to play. The Hawks are coming off a late game in WA (so shorter week for them in terms of recovery). For them this game means nothing except the chance to get injured or reported (quite a number of players with carry over points just waiting to slip up). They will be thinking about the Doggies the following week. Their minds won't be on the job just like they weren't when they played the Saints. They were so busy focusing on playing the Cats in the big Round 17 clash that they forgot there was a 2nd half to play against the Saints. If we take the game up to them, put a big of physical pressure on them (which they don't like) and kick straight I think we can win.

Blues by 25 points.

Why not give Bower first crack at Franklin ? He loves a challenge , is mobile enough to keep up with him , pretty strong in 1 on1 situations , and has done some big jobs before . Also frees Waite up . Jammo is fitness doubt anyway . [ I think ] .

I agree.
Don't be surprised if the Hawks are a little flat on Sat night.

I can only see one possible change with Hadley in for Bentick maybe.

Does anyone know if Jamison had surgery on his shoulder?

Jammo hasn't as yet. Was supposed to last week but was postponed. He won't play though.

I think you'll find a few others may not play either ...................carrying injuries for a while and will sit this one out.

Does that mean Ackland might play and Deano might have to eat.....................
