Thats definitely Judd related.

Well handled by the club. They're not coming across as complaining, but we managed to get a few free kicks to Judd and Fev on Sunday.

The off the ball holding on, in particular against players such as Fev & Judd is pathetic. Simply disgraceful. I have a real problem with this, especially when the umpire is looking at the impeding player. It's been going on all year.

I hope they had a little chat about a certain Mr B Fevola and why he gets treated like a leper by the officials, when the umpires swear blind that they call each decision down the line and don't hold grudges.

Priests have been defrocked for less than what Full Backs have been doing to Fevola and getting away with over the past few years.

Did they seek clarification on why "Razor" is such a "personality".

All year?

Its been happening sinec the beginning of time.

What makes me laugh is when *insert name name of football club with star player* complain that *insert name of star player* is being held at stoppages, when said club has their own tagger employing the same tactics both now and historically.

Greg Williams used to be punched, held, scragged at every stoppage. No player now gets treated worse than Diesel did back then.

This is the crux of the problem. Jumped up little gnomes like "Razor" think they're the star of the show.

Yep. IIRC, the 1993 GF was a good example of both. Diesel at one point was bending over to pick up the ball, and Denham was standing right behind him. Denham tried to spoil the ball, but the laws of physics worked against him. Due to their respective positions, all he managed to do was punch Diesel square in the cheek. Boy, that was a bit of an accident - Maxwell Smart would have said "missed, by THAT much!!!".

Later in the game, well away from the ball, Denham went to ground and appeared to have a spontaneous nose-bleed. Diesel was the only one in the TV shot jogging away from Denham nonchalantly. Love the way that Essendon* supporters consider that an act of unwarranted brutality.

"Razor" thinks it's all about "Razor". And that's not me saying that, it was Jarrod Molloy

By "personality" you mean up-country-punt right?

The flowered thing is that the umpires association take great delight in referring to Raymond as "controversial umpire Ray Chamberlain"...

the umpires should just pay holding the man when it happens. they did it about 4 times against crowley (vs. frem) when he was holding judd. keiran jack was also holding murph but he was just too good 8)

Such an absolute non-article.

'Carlton spoke to the umpires, didn't complain, just asked some questions.'

Yawn.
