This is a great example of why we have been in disarray over the past few years and why teams cannot afford to lose their "culture/heritage". Our old boys turned their back on the club and we paid the price. Hopefully we must never let this happen again, ever.

This was really evident yesterday at trainng. Deisel worked indivdually with Judd, Wiggins and maybe 2 or 3 others. But he brings something else that i hadnt realised before.
He was out the front of a lane group. The others infront of the other lanes were Bradley Montgomery ect. Anyway, Deisel was kicking the ball to his leading players in a purposeful mongrel manner, off both feet. This was putting his players under increased pressure as opposed to the other groups with pretty lace out passes.
The second thing he did was pull Lappin back into line. Lappin was part of his group and was flowering around. Deisel spotted him out of the corner of his eye and kicked the ball fair into his gutts while he wasnt looking. Result, Lappin stopped Flowering around and stopped distracting everybody else.
We need people like Deisel around the place.
