Crackers Keenan absolutely rips into Huchinson about getting facts right when he writes his stories.

Hutchinson incorrectly wrote that Keenan has been sacked form every club he has been associated with. Keenan also gave him a bake about missing out on some recent " Big Stories", pretty much implying that Hutchinson is yesterday's news.

Seems that Keenan has some high contacts at CH 9 and none would be sad to see him go. 3AW sacked Hutchy and hopefully CH9 do too. Hutchinson is a disgrace, can't stand the bloke anymore and wouldn't listen to a work that idiot says.

And on Fev, he'll sign and stay, so relax all.

Channel 7 also sacked Hutchison. He has no credibility, oarticularly after the Libba fiasco. AIRCAV summed him up perfectly, KING OF THE AMBULANCE CHASERS!!

What if it was a 3 way deal.

What if Fev to Syd, ??? to Lions and Brown to Carlton.. What if....

What if ...

Actually sick of tried that everytime Felova's contact comes up he is holding the club to ransom and its a dragged out process.
Last contact talk it was Fev going to WCE and people here wanted that because Fev deserves to play in a team that will deliver the ball to him lace out and have a chance of a flag... Funny how things turn around.

Sydney, who knows, they have been up for a while. Spider Everitt would be kicking himself now for jumping ship.

Problem is when Greg Swan comes out and says "we got plenty of room to fit Kerr under our cap" managers of Fev's, Waitey's and Murph's be licking there lips and now obviously holding out cause they know the money will come.

You are being naive, if you think player managers don't how much of the salary cap is being used. They don't need Greg Swan to tell them. Anyone with a bit of know how can do the sums and arrive at a ball park figure.

I missed all the chicken little's last night.

Let's take a look at Hutchy's stories for the night and in order of appearance.

1. Graham Polak's GF being waylaid by the douche bag.
2. A country footballer being thrown in jail for 2 months after a behind the play incident.
3. Swans offer Fev 4 years and $3m.

Now in the scheme of news stories, if you were to look at the above 3, which would you think was the most important?

Which do you think, if it had a shred of credibility, would have been the lead story in the Hutchy Talks BS segment?

kezza welcome to TC. You will find that there are some posters on this forum who are privy to things inside the club. Please don't get worked up over the 3rd story out of Hutchy's mouth last night.

My darling Smurph isn't going anywhere and nor is SOV.

N.B. Loved Sam's shoe polishing the idiot's ever receeding hairline. :-D

I knew this was coming and glad it is out of the bag now.

There is big pressure on Swan at the moment. He said Fev was on his last chance and the Swans offer (and a couple of others) have forced Carlton/Swan to re-think the last chance clause (one more strike and you are out).

If Swan removes that clause then he has gone back on his word and is shooting at the hip.

It is time for tough decisions and not those that mean the Blues pay over the market price. After all the chances Carlton gave Fev, if he wants to turn his back on the club then I look forward to booing him in the red and white and thank you Sydney for giving us your future stars.

And if he stays with the club, what will you do then?

I want to know why all those posters that ripped into Kouta, Hamill and Lance for negotiating high contracts and holding the club to ransom aren't ripping it into this bloke big time. This negoiating via the footy show and the media is the biggest joke I have ever come accross

Once again before and important game coming up Fev splatters his face all over the media- If this story still has substance early into next week - Kiss goodbye to beating Stkilda - The guys a grub and a goose get rid of him

Ok, lets for a minute believe the bloke who ended up settling out of court after one of his last big scoops was proved completely false.

How would Sydney get the deal done? They'd need to offer a substantial trade on top of whatever they offer Fev. And we'd screw them blind. They would be about 8th pick on the pre-season draft so thats them shot their.

And why would Sydney want to trade away whatever low draft picks they have with the impending concessions for the two proposed new teams?

Slow news day from the king of ambulance chasers.

Excellent post AIRCAV and we can just about lock this thread up right here.

If Richmond were in the box seat to get Judd - this leaves Sydney in about URANUS for Fevola.

Just caught the news grab this morning.
Fev: ''I wondered why I was on (the show), THAT'S WHY,''(pointing at Hutchison).
Hutchison, immediately avoids eye contact with Fev and looks down .
Interesting body language !!

"Swan offers Fev 4 years and $3m...."

I reckon, based on no information whatsoever, that a deal will be announced just in time to fire us up for the Saints game: 3 years, $600-$650k. All parties know what the deal will be. Delay is just a pissing contest b/w Carlton & the new mgt team that need to leverage this to get more clients.

The new management team had better be careful. If we call Fev's bluff, they could end up in a much worse situation.

Fev doesn't want to leave Carlton. Who would? Judd, Murphy, Gibbs and Kreuz etc etc he'd piss away a chance to win multiple flags.

Swans wouldn't get him for nothing so the team would ultimately pay a heavy price.

Call his bluff.

There is no clause, Swann has said this publically. The only behaviour clause is from the AFL as part of every players basic contract.
