very pleased for you grro, if anyone else has photos it would be great to see them.

Whats that 'w' thing all about anyway?

Anyone know who Eddie hugged after the goal?

over here we have a show called the western front hosted by two knobheads - tim gossage and lachie read

the w is the western front symbol and they always get people to do that in the crowd to get on tv

not sure how eddie would know about that - so he was either taking the piss on that which is hilarious

or he was signalling the win ??

Not that there is anything wrong with that.

The song was sang loud and proud in JB O'Reily's during the "live" coverage after the game during the last quarter, when the siren sang then everyone sang it with the boys when they showed them singing in the rooms.

Awesome. Makes you proud to be a Blue.

We need to play 2 games a year over here.

Monday at work is going to be FUN!

No matter how old you get its great to feel like a kid again and being near the players obviously was very sweet for you Grro.

Thanks for giving us a first hand look on what it was like last night.

Couldn't help hear the singing - fantastic!

Just couldn't make out whether it was 'send up' or 'send us' that was being sung?

Hope it was SEND UP. 8)

We missed you in the League of Nations but you obviously didn't miss us.
Great that you had such a ball. In the years ahead you'll see them win over there a lot but there will only ever be one first time.
Reminds me of the time I lost my virginity.....
