...and end up spending a few hours talking Carlton, then when the lift starts moving again he offers to grant you one (realistic) CFC wish.
What single improvement to Carlton Football Club would you ask him to fund?

1) Pay to have the original plans to redevelop Princes Park re-instated to save the old social club.

2) Buy out the contract to play at the Telstra Dome.

3) Sponsor the AFL and have the Visy logo splashed all over everything to do with the AFL.

Dick please do whatever it takes to make our club the leader of the pack on and off the field. I want the other 15,16 or 17 clubs to look at us and say we want to be like them.

1. Buy the Australian newspaper and sack Fatprick Smith.

2. Buy AFL and sack the Spew and his shadow, Andrian Know Nothing

Assuming the current status quo was to remain, then I'd go with the Blueseum option too. A proper hands-on museum, it doesn't need to be whizz-bang, but a decent permanent display of trophies and memorabilia that pays fitting respect to our club's long history and achievements would be the icing on the cake to the inevitable addition of number 17.

Good post. The current display is a little quaint, with some security concerns I would think.

I would think the redevelopment of PP will see an upgrade in terms of trophy and memorabilia display.

Yep.....and I'd like to see a Walk of Fame.....so many champions, it would circle the entire Oval.
