You can get to choose from the seats that are available. Obviously you can't have one already taken! :P

It only applies to TD & MCG, not interstate. About half of the GSS closest to the Ponsford is set aside for AFL members- all levels. I think they have yearly reserved seats for home games at the G but not for TD.

This season i paid $440 for a Carlton gold membership with reserved seat at our home games ( level 2 at both the G and the Dome ) excellent seats.

Does anyone know what it would cost to be a full club support AFL member with reserved seats at our home games ?

) The Dome is level 1. The G is all levels. Although the club support entitles you to a reserved seat as a Carlton Member. For me that is Lvl 3 Dome, Lvl 2A MCG.

Mrs C can you explain what you mean here - do you mean that you can pay more and have a reserved seat on lvl2A??? I am a full AFL member (club support) and haven't heard of this - for big games I pay the extra $5 and get a seat that way

Yeah, I pay for the upgrade and get a seat in the Carlton members area. Actually, now I think about it my seat is just out of the AFL members area.

As a full AFL member with the support package I think the dome seat suck. Next year I will just be a cfc member and go to the tier 2 seats.

Unless you can get to alot of games the AFL package is very pricey

AFL membership only entitles you to all pre-season cup games and matches at MCG or Telstra Dome. If finals are played outside of Melbourne in the first two weeks, AFL members do not have entitlements to a seat (unless purchased through the competing clubs allocation as a club support member). AFL Full members have access to Prelim Finals outside of Melbourne but there are limited seats and members must pre-register.

If a Carlton club support member and Carlton is the home team, you can access the M.C.G. via any public or AFL member gate...

AFL members can access Telstra Dome via any gate and can sit pretty much anywhere on level 3 or in the small AFL members reserve on level 1.
