He was so impressive and put in a performance that many of the football watching public would have thought beyond him.

i thought it was interesting that he can distinguish his role on the footy show from his other media performances ... maybe he is a hell of a lot smarter than many give him credit for.

It don’t! He is an absolute legend. And I love the fact that he perhaps shows a bit more emotion and passion than the average AFL footballer. It’s what makes him such a drawcard. I have purposely avoided posts regarding trading Fev because they are so pathetic and flowering stupid that they don’t warrant a response. He is arguably our best player and a rare commodity in the AFL. A proven goal kicker. To achieve what he has playing in the worst Carlton side/ midfield combination that I have ever witnessed as a Carlton supporter is astounding.

He handled himself tremendously last night and hope like hell the club doesn’t entertain any talk of trading him. I was hoping he would have mentioned his name as a captaincy candidate. I think he still hurts that he was disregarded by his team-mates as a captain contender.

And as for the Cornes incident, not only did that soft-c_ck pull back but he took a dive as well! It was on the HFF and as the ball travelled upfield on the rebound, you could see Fev getting stuck into that pr!ck as he deserved. W@nker!

I think the whole "Bad Fev/Good Fev issue" is overblown. The problem is the team as a whole, if we were winning games then no-one would care so much if Fev was a good or bad boy, it's only because we have been losing so badly that people focus on his dark side.

Trading Fev is not the panacea to making the team play radically better, but in a good team his best will be even better, but his dark side will be diminished.

I only care if Fevola puts in 100% on the field, l dont care what he does off it.

If he puts in 100% on the field he can have bad body language for all l care, don't see a issue with someone showing emotion out there on the field. Its how u use the emotion

The whole body language thing is a big media build up to get people looking at it more when hes on the field, so people start to think of trading him because of a pathetic reason for a media story in the age or sun.

And its sad to see most of u on here falling for that crap.
