The mX was saying that Denis is thinking of letting Aisake play against the Roos this week! If he does, that'd be awesome. There's no need for Setanta to play 2 roles, when he's quite fitted to play up back!

Bad luck to Clokey.

That's great news about Asaike 8)

It would be a mistake to give Jacobs the go ahead first as he is struggling to get around the ground in the VFL at the moment.

Besides Asaike has been in the best for three consecutive weeks.

Don't get me wrong - I reckon Cloke has done well, and exceeded most of our expectations.

However - the Club was told by surgeons that his shoulder was strong and up to rigors of AFL footy. It lasted 6 rounds and was damaged in an innocuous ruck duel at training. Was the surgeon Dr.Nick from Simpson's fame?

If we happen to get an early pick and the opportunity at Matthew Kruezer, who is more Josh Fraser like than any tall we've seen at the club for a while - I'd think that there just isn't the room for Clokey anymore...

..not with the contractual commitment already in place with Ackland - in addition to the continued development of ruck hopefuls in A.O'hailpin and Sam Jacobs.

Would love to be a fly on the wall for the forthcoming Icke / David Cloke showdown! Tickets anyone?

I agree Doc but i am told that the powers at the club are quite fond of the kid and his attitude. They like having around the club. THey say he brings a lot to the team outside of his good play on the ground.

I personally hope O'haiphin or one of the other rucks step up so we dont need to spend an early pick on a ruck. I want mids and lots of them. Fast ones , slow ones, short ones, tall ones, fat ones ,skinny ones, smelly ones, clean ones, shaved ones, hairy ones.........
