If you knew you were getting blown away mid game, why did they decide to leave Stevens abd Campo on the ground with their dodgy knees?

It was obvious that Campo couldn't run or turn, and the vision of Stevens trying to pull up in the last quarter was disturbing. It appeared that the more he stayed on, the more damage he was doing to himself.

Of course, how injured their knees actually are remains to be seen...

But we had Scotland (and some other duds) sitting on the pine that could have replaced either of them.

Sure, Stevens/Campo are better players etc, but at what cost??

in pagan's first season he bemoaned our lack of midfield rotations/options, saying kouta, campo and hulme or whoever had to spend the whole game on the ball. no-one argued with him.

so he went out and brought the scotlands, johnsons, bowyers, mcgraths etc to the club. at the same time stevens fell into his lap.

fast track to 2005, he's still crying wolf!

nah ... sorry ... it's a cop out now!!

You did see how Scotland and Johnson were playing last night?
A one-legged, unaccountable Camporeale was sadly a better option than what Scotland was delivering.

Funny isn't it He came to the club complaining we had no mid feilders we went and drafted a heap of them and then early this week he was pinning his hopes on Livo of all people comming back to improve his structure.

That's because Livo does improve the structure? What does Livo have to do with who plays in the midfield?

Livo gives us a big body at full back regardless of how much ability he has.

You can have the best midfield rotations in the world but if you're structure's completely out of whack you're in trouble.

Livo in the side means Teague hopefully doesn't have to stand someone 6 inches taller.

Wojee, you are right on the money today. Teaguey is not a KP backman, having Livo back will free Teaguey up to thrill us like he did last year!
