Can't buy a centre clearance. Anyone got the stats for those?? I don;t think we got one that quarter apart from a smothered kick

14 HO to 8 but nothing on centre clearances .. maybe the TV will have something in the half-time coverage

Simpson and Harris seem to be unopposed when the ball is tapped towards our forward 50. No sweeper?

None of Ackland's taps go to our advantage

Kangaroos have been heavily flooding since Laidley arrived.

4 out of 5 Kangaroo goals to smalls in that quarter. Good that we're containing the talls, we need to get better at containing the smalls. We need a couple to step out now that Carrazzo's in the midfield.

Got killed out of the centre in that quarter as well.

I know Whits is underdone, but he's really struggling for the 3rd week in a row. Wonder how he's going to cope with not floating around free in defence.

Ditto with Bentick. I know he's a little underdone too. But he looks like he's really going to struggle with the running-rebound football that gets played these days. Not getting enough of it. And not using it very well when he does.

Just waiting for the dolts on MMM to talk about it .. has mentioned the time spent on the ground due to the extensive change-overs, but still nothing on clearances

footy@triplem.com.au might be an address to hit

Murphy has done some nice things but Sinclair needs a man..both he and Gibson are getting too much of the footy and proving most of the Kangas drive.....get Carazzo on the park and get him to run with Sinclair...

our balance is not right, we are should have a couple more quick smalls on the park , eddie is the only one that is showing some real pace, doing alot of mid work.

we are not having the best from the umps either, but clearly we are looking the better side, fitness will be an issue as the kanagas have more miles in their legs, I reckon we will hang on but they will get away as we can run with them in the second half.

Pagan, is giving everyone a rest , lots of rotations for mids and forwards.

Whitnal looks unfit and a little heavier than I expected , perhaps the last few weeks has taken a toll. I feel that Fisher might be struggling to make the first 18 soon, too many dropped marks and poor decisions.

Gibbs is class but Pago is managing him carefully, he he stayed on the park a bit more he would be showing a lot more. Simpson is a little off tonight

If we get overrun , it's because we picked to many talls. I think Pago was trying to exploit this but the dewey conditions are not helping his cause.

It's currently 25 degrees on the Gold Coast. Far too hot for Lance
