Saad, Lord, Ben Campo, Lucas Campo, Acres, McGovern, Fogarty, Motlop, Carroll, Charleson.

Over tea and toast.

Wilson over Saad? Changing of the guard. I liked what Wilson showed in his last few games.

Kemp is listed as 2cms shorter than Charlie. I am not a massive Young fan, but he does fill a role if the matchups are right.
Pitto is not what we need. I think Reidy just might be a great pickup. 204cm, 105+kg. Can take a mark and has some old fashion vigor.

Plenty are interchangeable. I hope both Campo's have big pre-seasons and really put some pressure on but they are still slim and learning.

Just kicking the can down the road.

If Lord can’t make the team we’ve improved significantly.

I thought he was terrific this year.

Our bottom six must be a whole lot better.

I hope Kemp and Moir break out. Both were touted as massive talents, they now need to deliver.

i'm pretty pleased. we improved chemistry and culture beyond any measurable stat by shipping out those who wanted to be elsewhere. for better or for worse the club stuck by voss and got rid of players - something we've never ever done. we also added some desperate need in goal craft (ainsworth, and to a slightly lesser extent haywood) we added speed across the park and a ruck who imo will surprise many, and keep pittonet out of the team - which has to be a positive.

if chesser stays healthy and plays a full season, florent finds his feet fast, we were really only humphrey away from a perfect 10/10 trade period, imo.

as it stands i give it a 8.5. no khamis as depth and cover (plus he's still developing and imo has a high ceiling) and no humphrey tip the scales back into the 8's.

we won't make the 8 next season - but we will grow and really identify what we need with davies and GW. in 2027 with walker onboard, jagga entering his 2nd full season and a warchest of picks and salary cap - 2027 i think we're right back in the mix like we were in 2023.

it's exciting for 2027, and 2026 will be a year where we really see who we are and what we need and i have faith in gw to steer us

We got rid of 3 entitled players. TDK, JSOS and Charlie. All besties.

Wonder what Davies meant by Charlies big personality and its effect on the players in the locker room. Hmmmm think there is something in that. And what Weitering and Walsh have been saying no bullshit and people who dont want to be here comments.

Not a team of superstars anymore, but hopefully players working hard in their role.

Its what successful teams have.

Have always wondered with the good players we have why we are not successful and this is the moment i am hoping to realise we all need to change our mentality.

Sure i was upset about Curnow being traded. Sure im worried about our KPP Forward stocks, but we need a reset and try something different.

Brisbane kicked 18 goals in winning the Grand Final this year. 17 of those goals came from small forwards and mids.
We're on the right path.

BTW .... the other team had the Coleman Medalist

That’s why they chased Oscar Allan last year. They will win again with key forwards and we will redirect to fix our issue.

Im a fan of the Charla and glad he got re-signed nice disposal and a turn of pace and doesnt seem to panic with ball in hand
A bit stiff not to get a game in seniors at the end of last year

Ah… that’d do it. Addendum to the postscript of the meeting I fell asleep in.

Agree wholeheartedly. There’s a player there.

What about the Campo Boys?
What happened to Moir?
What about Motlop/Foggarty?

This is Typical Carlton. We keep brining in players from other clubs and play them in our starting 22, whilst our Young guns keep rotting in the 2's and never get a chance.

2026 should have been the year where all the kids from the last 2-3 years are in the Side!!

Not Hayward, nor Aisnsworth nor Evans are going to make us any better next year. Those players looked good in a Quality side but in a side like Carlton they will not deliver!

Keep in mind the Injuries which we are so Good at!

I just can't see any Positives nor bright future for this Club!!

Dude, why do you even post here?

The biggest flog in the fan content space. An unhinged [REDACTED].

Check out his other videos ranting about us trading three firsts and stars to Collingwood for Nick Daicos :garthp:

Not to mention his disgusting attacks on other players throughout the season.

You're right though, maybe he is your twin lol.

It's a bit like that experiment where they offer kids a marshmallow... or two marshmallows if they wait 30 minutes.

The Charlie trade will take a few years to shake out.

I reckon a pick swap with the Bombers* if looming. Something like 9 & 11 for 6, 21 & 30. Get in front of dean bid and retain points.

I agree with a lot of what Andrew says
Some things I don’t
One thing I agree was the selection integrity
Due to a plethora of if injuries Voss had to play the likes of Wilson and O’Keefe
The best part of the year was seeing these kids get better
And with another preseason into them they will get even better
I don’t want to see Florent replacing Wilson at half back if both have full pre seasons
Ainsworth, Florent are depth players
Haywood is bit higher but not much

Some have him as high as pick 5.

I disagree with Surrey on lots of things related to lineups etc but sadly Carlton's record in the modern era suggests it is reasonable to pessimistic! No one should be attacked for that.

Things like the Marvel handicap don't help. I take solace in Graham Wright's record. I don't think Austin's record is anything to write home about.
