Surely they'd be the ones asking that?

Obviously the coaching panel will go, and I know it won't happen, but I kind of wish Wright approaches the senior players and asks them for a partial refund on what they've delivered this year.

Still absolutely bamboozled by the list management strategy over the Austin era.

Surely you sit down and discuss what do we do good as a club and where do we struggle.
Austin has been apart of this club practically his whole life he should know.

Areas where Carlton struggle
Development of youth
Injury management

The biggest 2 problem areas of the club and have been for as long as I can remember.

Where have we been good
No 1 attracting players to the club
Turning bit part players into positive contributers.

So explain to me how on earth a bloke who has with the exception of a few years at the Dogs has had Carlton DNA running through his body would develop a list strategy that involves a 100% turn around in the 2 things we totally suck at.

If he still has a job on August 16 I will be calling for Wright head

Yes it's interesting that Austin doesn't seem to cop as much criticism as Voss.

Surely Voss and whoever else is responsible for the way we play, tell Austin to seek exactly what players they require... for their game plan?

Agresta is the recruiter.

Aha, we found the problem, Voss is telling the wrong guy what type of players he needs!

Well surprise, surprise. That tends to happen when nearly one half of your best 22 are out injured.
We're playing players that wouldn't normally get a game in our side. Hodge is a brainless @#$%&! wit.

Good to see 3 re-signings today.
Matthew Carroll and O'Farrell to the end of 2027 and Cowan until the end of 2028.
Cowan was not coming out of contract until the end of next year so signed a year early. Will hold off the Tassie team for a bit longer.
