Job 1: give Lloyd a chance to state his case, then, respectfully, sakc him.

Job 2: get an appropriate expert to help grill and assess the performance of everyone on the recruitment and list management team. Figure out who should be kept on, then work behind the scenes to secure upgrades to replace all those who aren't up to scratch.

Job 3: agree with leadership team & board and get buyin for an agreed impartial approach to reviewing the coaching staff

Job 4: list review

Best placed for Job 2 and Job 4 is Wright, and some input from the new coach (they are looking for as I type).

Job 3 requires impartial information collection. Can be done online unanimously. Then a one to one interview by Cook, followed by another outside coaching guru: Simpson?

nah, you watch. wright doesn't rate voss, never has - and never considered him for the pies - and he's gone at season end. it makes me think wright and i have a fair bit in common.

bondi is cute how he's happy to be fed a diet of mainstream herald media and takes it to the bank as gospel. it's been the 90's since clubs, players and coaches gave the mainstream media any variation of the truth. it's all carefully manicured soundbites now that are created to reveal nothing.

like how our cap is stuffed, also ... but bondi won't hear of that bcos that's not what the herald is reporting.

I want Wright to get his hands dirty. No more of this hiring people to hire people to arrange a committee to conduct a review of potential new candidates for a think tank. Just put the hours in, identify and excise the cancer!

That's rubbish braithy. You know how I get my info.

You're taking the piss now. You can't prove Wrights has said anything derogatory about Voss. In fact, he's very different to you. He doesn't make up one liners and quote sources that don't even exist.

I post anything I find in the media for my fellow TCers to read. Its information I have access to, some don't. I do it as a service to my brethren, especially interstaters. Some appreciate it. Some don't. Piss off if you don't. Dispute it if its wrong. I do.

Your facts come straight from the media. I used the Herald Sun and all other media to use them on my spreadsheet to appease you. You can argue against the numbers, but you haven't. You struggle with numbers. Go have a look at the Team List and their pay packets. I've fattened it up. Dispute that, not me.

Tell me, where do you get your info of our bulging salary cap other than media? And why has the media stopped with all the crap about the Salary cap in the last week, and two weeks ago denied the numbers they presented 2 months ago. I've posted those quotes. Its empirical. Can't say the same about your wild hot headed guesswork, and make believe stories, you can't prove.

Will the board and the people behind the scenes pulling the strings allow Wright to do what he wants to do
Wright did some amazing things at Collingwood
He got rid of Buckley got McCrae Leppitsch and Bolton
All 3 complement each other

People skills tactics development of kids
Only someone with great people skills can do that
Secondly re jigged the list to incorporate leg speed
He doesn’t agree in overpaying ruckman
Doesn’t believe in sentiment
But will he be allowed to to change things
Liking moving on Cripps and Voss
Time will tell but this club has a history of the power groups winning

I agree with what Lewis said on TV
Melbourne should have traded Petracca and Oliver last year
Their currency has plummeted
They have missed their chance
At least they won a flag

What posters fail to understand, isWright has started. He's not just watching. He's asking, he's in meetings all year, he's absorbing, he's not fixed on any one conclusion, but I'm sure he has his feelings. That was confirmed when I saw the Blue Abroad interview last night with the President, Rob Priestly.
